BRAND & ENTITY STRUCTURE
All entities in the ecosystem are unified under the "8" branding model:
- P8 = Prestige (for-profit) – used in names like Prestige 888, Prestige Electric, Prestige Home Builders. Domains .com & .biz for operations
- A8 = Angel (nonprofit) – used in Angel 8 Wings Marketplace and all .org operations.

Article XVIII – Digital Asset Integration and Coin Governance
The Corporation may utilize digital assets issued by Prestige 888 Community Holdings or its authorized subsidiaries. These include but are not limited to:
- P888 Coin – general-purpose value and distribution coin
- P8A Coin – Prestige 8 Assurance Coin for financial security and insurance systems
- A8U Coin – Angel 8 Unity Coin for nonprofit incentive and value tracking
- SGA Coin – Synergy Gold Asset-backed digital currency
Digital assets may be received as:
- Donations
- Ecosystem incentives
- Loyalty or contractor rewards
- Inter-company credits
Coin usage will be documented and reported in annual audits in accordance with the standards defined by the Corporation’s accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks), as well as applicable federal and state guidelines.
All digital asset transactions must be:
- Transparent and recorded on the blockchain
- Reviewed by the Treasurer and/or Board or assigned Blockchain Oversight Officer
- Tracked to ensure compliance with IRS and SEC policies (as applicable)
The Corporation shall not issue or destroy digital tokens. All coin issuance and pricing is managed solely by Prestige 888 Community Holdings or its authorized digital trust accounts.

Digital donations may be accepted in the form of P888, A8U, or other blockchain-based assets, provided such donations comply with 501(c)(3) guidelines and do not constitute prohibited private benefit.
